Professionalism, Respect & Community
This conference has been created by an extraordinary team of volunteers who have sacrificed time away from their families, jobs, and personal commitments to create this special gathering in Milwaukee. If you feel compelled, please offer a word of gratitude. It matters.
Inevitably, something may not go as planned. A schedule may shift. A room may change. You may feel frustrated.
When that happens:
• Choose kindness.
• Extend grace.
• Express frustration constructively to a trusted colleague or friend.
The Conference Committee will not tolerate verbal or physical altercations or any form of unprofessional behavior. Appropriate action will be taken, including removal from the conference, if necessary.
How we show up reflects who we are.
Under the theme “Reflections of Us,” let us demonstrate the very best of our profession (professionalism, generosity, and mutual respect).
Enjoy Milwaukee
Take time to enjoy Milwaukee’s local restaurants. We hope you leave inspired, renewed, and reminded why this work matters.
We look forward to gathering, singing, learning, and leading together.
See you in Milwaukee!
