2018 Conference Advertising & Exhibit Information

ACDA's business and institutional partners that want to exhibit at the 2018 ACDA Central and North Central Regional Conference in Chicago and advertise in the electronic conference program app are encouraged to send in your reservation in the near future. The conference begins on the evening of Wednesday, February 14, 2018 and concludes following the honor choir concerts on Saturday, February 17, 2018. Exhibits will be centrally located in the beautiful International Ballroom at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park, the conference headquarters hotel. Registration, interest sessions, and choral reading sessions will also be located at the Fairmont. 2018 ACDA Central & North Central Conference Hotels

HOTEL UPDATE The headquarter hotel for the 2018 ACDA Central and North Central Regional Conference is the Fairmont Chicago. The Fairmont will house the exhibit hall, interest sessions, and all but one reading session, and is the best option for those wanting to be in the center of activity. If you have not yet made your hotel reservation, we encourage you to do so in the near future. Participants of the four honor choirs are housed at and will rehearse at the Swissotel Chicago, as will the Collegiate Repertoire Choir. The Swissotel is completely booked, consequently, ACDA has secured additional rooms at a reduced conference rate in the nearby Hyatt Regency and Radisson Blu Aqua hotels, each a five-minute walk from the Fairmont and Swissotel. The 2018 conference team has created a summary of the 2018 ACDA Central and North Central Conference schedule to help in your planning. If you need to print this summary please click on the link at the end of this article. We are moving away from hard-copy conference books and will be using the same electronic conference app that was used at the 2017 ACDA national conference. A printed schedule summary will be included in registration packets for those who prefer a hard copy schedule. Registration, exhibits, interest sessions and reading sessions will be located in the Fairmont Hotel. All concerts are in the Harris Theater.
